Check-in refers to your first arrival at the property, you can enter and check in from 13:00 on the day of your booking until 22:00 on the day of your arrival. Can’t I get there earlier? Don’t worry, contact us on +34 635249787 well in advance and we will give you instructions for self check-in. If you don’t arrive before 22:00 and don’t contact us before 22:00, you will lose your reservation without refund.

Check-out refers to your final departure from the establishment. It is from 8:00 to 12:00, but if you need to leave earlier, please speak to the reception staff.

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the establishment and in the common areas, in accordance with Law 28/2005, of 26 December, on public health measures against smoking and regulating the sale, supply, consumption and advertising of tobacco products (amended by Law 42/2010, of 30 December), except on the entrance terrace. Smoking in the room will incur an extra charge of €150 for cleaning and disinfection.
